Storing bagels
December 7, 2006
Bagels taste best when eaten fresh. For long time storage, wrap then in a paper bag, put them in a plastic bag and freeze them. They will keep for up to 6 months. To use them, remove from the freezer, lightly moisten them with cold water, slice them in half and bake or toast them. Do not use a microwave oven since the result will not be the same.
