Roasted chicken with garlic, bell peppers and potatoes

Ingredients

Method
Insert the garlic slices under the skin of the chicken. Place chicken, green, red bell peppers and potatoes in a large baking pan. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Pour the olive oil on top of the ingredients and
sprinkle with the parsley, oregano, paprica, salt and pepper.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and put in a preheated oven at 275 F (135 C) for 45 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are tender. Remove the foil, turn heat up to 375 F (190 C) and brown the chicken and potatoes for 10-15 minutes.
