Tarragon mayonaise

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonaise 240 ml mayonaise
- 2 tsp dijon mustard 9.9 ml dijon mustard
- 2 tsp prepared white horseradish 9.9 ml prepared white horseradish
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt 60 ml plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon (chopped) 15 ml fresh tarragon (chopped)
- 3 green onions, finely chopped 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp drained small capers (chopped) 15 ml drained small capers (chopped)
Method
Combine all ingredients
in bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill.
