Tarragon mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 6 oz sour cream 170 g sour cream
- 2 oz dijon mustard 57 g dijon mustard
- 1 bunch fresh tarragon (about 1 cup; finely chopped) 1 bunch fresh tarragon (about 1 cup; finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients, season to taste and allow a few hours for flavors to blend. Makes 1 cup.
