Crustaceans garlic noodles

Ingredients

Method
Boil the noodles according to cooking directions and drain.
In a frying pan over medium heat add the butter, sugar, minced garlic and soy sauce and saute for a few minutes. Add the noodles and toss well until they are evenly covered in the sauce. Serve in individual dishes garnished with finely shredded spring onions.
