Grapefruit margarita

Ingredients
- 1 lime wedge 1 lime wedge
- 1 tsp coarse salt 4.9 ml coarse salt
- 7 oz ruby red grapefruit juice (about 1 1/2 medium fresh grapefruits; with pulp) 200 g ruby red grapefruit juice (about 1 1/2 medium fresh grapefruits; with pulp)
- 1/2 oz lime juice 14 g lime juice
- 2 1/2 oz good quality tequila 71 g good quality tequila
- 1 oz triple sec 28 g triple sec
- 2 slice grapefruit 2 slice grapefruit
Method
Prepare the tequila glasses by running the lime wedge round the rims, then dipping them into the coarse salt. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Add ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into the margarita glasses, garnish with the grapefruit slices and serve immediately.
