Blue cheese dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk 120 ml buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream 120 ml sour cream
- 1/4 cup good-quality mayonnaise 60 ml good-quality mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 6–8 oz blue cheese (crumbled) 170–225 g blue cheese (crumbled)
- Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a large bowl, add the buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon
juice. Add the crumbled blue cheese and blend using a wire whisk for about 4 to 5 minutes, until the mixture is uniform. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
