Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz premium tequila 35 g premium tequila
- 1/4 oz lemon juice 7.1 g lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz apple cider 43 g apple cider
- 1/4 oz Creme de Cassis 7.1 g Creme de Cassis
- To garnish To garnish
- Thinly sliced apple wedges Thinly sliced apple wedges
Method
Add the tequila, lemon juice, apple cider and Creme de Cassis into a shaker and shake until well blended. Pour over ice in a cocktail glass and garnish with the apple wedges.

We LOVE this cocktail but when we try to make it at home we can't find Creme de Cassis anywhere so we substitute Chambord in place of it and they taste delicious!
