Baked bean burritos

Ingredients

Method
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Prepare the burrito filling
Grease an oven safe dish large enough to hold 8 burritos, one next to the other.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet or frying pan, stirring frequently, until brown. Drain, then add the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes more, stirring continously.
Mix in the refried beans, Bisquick mix (or substitute) and water. Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring occationally until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Assemble the burritos
Divide the beef mixture equally among the 8 tortillas. Top with a slice or two of avocado and 1 to 2 tablespoons of salsa. Roll up the tortillas and place them one next to the other, seam side down, on the baking dish.
Bake the burritos
Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer, until the cheese is melted.
Serve the brritos topped with the sour cream and Guacamole on the side.

Substitute for Bisquick Original baking mix

6 cups all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp table salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
9 Tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Mix the dry ingredients (everything but the oil) in a large bowl and whisk well. Add the vegetable oil and whisk using an electric mixer until you get a uniform, lumpy mixture.
