Mexican salsa

Ingredients
- 3 cup chopped fresh tomatoes 720 ml chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 cup coriander leaves 240 ml coriander leaves
- 2 clove garlic (minced) 2 clove garlic (minced)
- Juice from 1/2 lime Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion 60 ml finely diced onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder (or to taste) 15 ml chili powder (or to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste Salt and black pepper to taste
- A dash of sugar A dash of sugar
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Taste it and adjust with more salt, pepper, sugar and chili powder to taste. Empty in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with more coriander leaves ont top.
