Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped) 680 g plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
- 3/4 cup yellow or white onion (finely chopped) 180 ml yellow or white onion (finely chopped)
- 1-2 serrano or jalapeno chillies, seeded and minced (adjust quantity to taste) 1-2 serrano or jalapeno chillies, seeded and minced (adjust quantity to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander (chopped) 120 ml fresh coriander (chopped)
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 44 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sugar 4.9 ml sugar
Method
Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Cook's notes
Serve with tortilla chips.
