Easy homemade hamburgers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef 680 g lean ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese 120 ml shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp soy sauce 4.9 ml soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 4.9 ml Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tbsp garlic powder 15 ml garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley 4.9 ml dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil 4.9 ml dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano 4.9 ml dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary 2.5 ml crushed dried rosemary

Method
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, cheese, soy
sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic, garlic
powder, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Form into
4 patties.
Cook the beefburgers on a grill over high heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until well done.
Serve on buns with pickles, mayonaise, ketchup, tomato slices and lettuce, or anuthing else you like..
