Guacamole dip

Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded 4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 cup white onion (chopped) 120 ml white onion (chopped)

- 3/4 cup tomato (seeded and drained) 180 ml tomato (seeded and drained)
- 1/4 cup coriander (chopped) 60 ml coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp salt 4.9 ml salt
Method
Put onion, chilies, coriander. lime juice and salt in a food processesor and process until smooth. In a mixing bowl, add the avocados and using a fork, mash them roughly. Add the puree mixture and the tomatoes and stir with a fork, until everything has been blended. Taste and adjust with more lime juice and / or salt, if needed. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigferator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve guacamole dip with tortilla chips.
