Basic Picante sauce

Ingredients

Method
Heat the oil over medum in a saucepan. Saute the onio for about 10 minutes, until soft and transluscent. Add the
remaining ingredients, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 10 more minutes.
For a milder version, use 1/2 or 1/3 of the jalapeno chili.
