Pasta shells with chicken and broccoli

Ingredients

- 3–4 tbsp olive oil 44–59 ml olive oil

Method
Heat water for the pasta and when boiling, add salt and pasta and cook according to directions on package. Whan pasta is ready, drain and keep warm.
In the meantime, steam or boil broccoli and set aside. Brown chicken pieces in olive oil, add tomatoes and garlic, simmer for about 4 minutes, add basil, oregano, salt and perpper and simmer for 2-3 minutes more. Add the cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add pasta, toss well and serve with grated parmesan cheese.

This dish is great when served with fresh garlic bread.
