Honey and Dijon mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 30 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey 30 ml honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 30 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt or taste 1.2 ml salt or taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste 1.2 ml freshly ground black pepper or to taste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil 120 ml vegetable oil
Method
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
While continuing to whisk mixture, slowly pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly until fully incorporated and slightly thickened.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours, before serving.
Makes about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
