Mayonnaise and sour cream salad dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (use low fat mayonnaise for a lighter version) 240 ml mayonnaise (use low fat mayonnaise for a lighter version)
- 1/2 cup sour cream 120 ml sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely shopped green onions 60 ml finely shopped green onions
- 1/2 clove garlic (minced) 0.5 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 22 ml finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 30 ml lemon juice

Method
Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well or whisk using a wire whisk, until you get an even mixture. Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours, until needed.
Makes about 2 cups of salad dressing.
