Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil 240 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar 80 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 120 ml tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar 120 ml granulated sugar
- 1 tsp minced red or white onion 4.9 ml minced red or white onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika 4.9 ml paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt 4.9 ml sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Add all ingredients in a blender and process for about 1 minute at high speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more salt, if desired.
Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. For best results, chill overnight.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of salad dressing.
