Creamy Ceasar salad dressing

Ingredients

Method
Place the garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire
sauce, Tabasco, salt and black pepper (to taste) in a blender and process at high speed until
the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust with more salt and black pepper, if desired.
With the motor running, start slowly adding the olive oil in a continuous thin stream. Keep blending until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
Pour the dressing in a bowl or similar container, cover and store in the refrigerator for several hours (best if store overnight) before serving.
Makes about one cup of dressing.
