Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt 30 ml plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice 15 ml lime juice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar 30 ml rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves 80 ml fresh chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1.2 ml garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1.2 ml dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 1.2 ml black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cumin 0.6 ml cumin
Method
Add all ingredients in a blender and process until well combined.
Chill for several hours before serving.
