Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 60 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard powder 4.9 ml mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano 2.5 ml dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried coriander 1.2 ml dried coriander
- 1/3 clove garlic (poureed) 0.33 clove garlic (poureed)
- 1/4 tsp cumin 1.2 ml cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 1.2 ml black pepper
- Salt to taste Salt to taste
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bottle, cover and shake well until you get a smooth mixture.
Chill for several hours (better overnight) before serving.
If you use this dressing with a salad that uses cheese, prefer a mild type of cheese over sharp or bitter types.
