Honey and balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 120 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey 9.9 ml honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard 4.9 ml Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp cold water 20 ml cold water
- 8 tsp olive oil 39 ml olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried dill 1.2 ml dried dill
- 1/4 tsp dried basil 1.2 ml dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt 1.2 ml salt
- 1/4 black pepper 1/4 black pepper
Method
Add the vinegar and honey in a cooking pot and warm over medium to low heat until the honey is dissolved. Pour the liquid in a bottle, add the remaining ingredients and shake well, until you get a smooth mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours and shake well before serving.
