Onion cheese dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese 225 g cream cheese
- Half and half cream Half and half cream
- Grated onion, to taste Grated onion, to taste
Method
In a bowl add the cream cheese and pour some of the half and half cream. Whip using a wire whisk, adding more cream as needed, until you get a smooth and fluffy but not runny mixture. Add the grated onion, as much as you like and whip until the onion is well blended with the cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Substitute the cream cheese and half and half cream with low fat version to get a healthier, lighter result.
