French onion dip

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream 300 ml sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh (green onion, chopped) 30 ml fresh (green onion, chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion (minced) 22 ml onion (minced)
- Salt and white pepper to taste Salt and white pepper to taste
Method
In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise,
green onion, minced onion, salt and pepper and stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
For a light version of this dip, substitute the sour cream and mayonnaise with low fat versions.
