Onion dip (with cottage cheese and yogurt)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese 240 ml cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 15 ml lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt 120 ml plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion 60 ml finely chopped green onion
- 1 tsp salt 4.9 ml salt
- White pepper to taste White pepper to taste
Method
In a blender or food processor add the cottage cheese and lemon juice and process until you get a smooth mixture. Add
the rest of the ingredients and process until blended. Taste and adjust with salt and white pepper to taste. Empty the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
You can adjust the taste of the dip by adding your favorite herb like oregano or thyme, or even garlic.
