cookaz started in a home kitchen, somewhere between a pot of slow-simmered ragù and a sizzling pan of fajitas. We're a small team of people who genuinely love food — the smell of garlic hitting warm olive oil, the first bite of a taco done right, the quiet pride of pulling something wonderful out of the oven.
Good recipes shouldn't be locked away. So we built cookaz to share the dishes we cook for family and friends — honest Italian and Mexican cooking, written clearly, with the little details that actually make a difference.
