A shrimp and bacon enchiladas recip, very easy to make and extremely delicious. Flour tortillas are filled with fried bacon and shrimp, salsa, avocado and cheese. Refrigerating chili for at least 24 hours actually improves its taste and the extra time allows for the flavors to enhance.

Enchiladas are served with freshly made salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
