Ingredients 1 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp minced red or white onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika 1 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions Add all ingredients in a blender and process for about 1 minute at high speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more salt, if desired.
Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. For best results, chill overnight.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of salad dressing.
