Chipotle chile con carne (version préférée) recette 

A favorite beef chili recipe, this one is made with chipotle, ancho and anaheim chiles, beef, bacon and a bunch of herbs and spices. This chili is not hot and is great for parties. If you want to make it hotter increase the amount of Chipotle chiles used and/or add some cayenne pepper.

Romanoff's célèbre chili con carne en conserve recette haricots rouge 

This is a variation of the famous restaurant Chasen's chili con carne recipe. The original recipe uses dried pinto beans that are soaked, boiled in water and then cooked with tomatoes. This recipe uses all the ingredients used in the original recipe except the pinto beans. Instead, canned red kidney beans are used. The result is not the same but it is equally delicious.
