Tiramisu (with Kahlua and Amaretto) recipe 

Tiramisu, is a famous Italian desert, typically made of two layers of ladyfingers soaked in espresso coffee, topped with a cream mixture made with mascarpone cheese, alcohol (usually rum), and sometimes a zabaglione, which is a creamy mixture made with eggs and sugar. This recipe is one of the many variations of Tiramisu, using a zabaglione, Amaretto liqeur, Kahlua and rum.

Tiramisu with sponge cake (Genoise) recipe (with photos) 

This Tiramisu recipe uses a Genoise cake instead of ladyfingers. Genoise is a simple cake made with eggs, sugar, flour and butter. It also uses two layers of cream, one made with Mascarpone cheese and the other with whipped cream. For the coffee part, it uses a combination of Espresso coffee and Marsala wine or brandy. A classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu is a multi-layered cake consisting of Italian biscuits dipped in Espresso coffee, toppped with a layer or more of  cream usually made of eggs, alcohol, cream and Mascarpone cheese. This recipe is one of the best Tiramisu recipes we have tried. It uses a zabaglione cream flavored with Cointreau and rum, a Mascarpone based cream and Amaretti biscuits that have been dipped in an Espresso, Kahlua and brandy mixture. For best results, refrigerate the Tiramisu for at least 3 hours (refrigerate overnight for even better taste). The Tiramisu can be refrigerated for up to a week, with its taste getting better and better with time.

Εύκολη Τιραμισού συνταγή 

A Tiramisu recipe using whole eggs (both egg yolks and egg whites), Mascarpone cheese, brandy and Marsala wine. If you cannot find Marsala wine, substitute it with brandy or dark rum.

This Tiramisu recipe uses raw egg yolks, mascarpone cheese, coffee and Kahlua or Amaretto. Unlike most Tiramisu recipes, this one does not use any whipping cream. Instead, it uses double the amount of mascarpone cheese. Since the eggs are not cooked in this recipe, make sure you use fresh ones.
