Burritos are another Mexican favorite recipe, very similar to enchiladas. In this recipe, flour tortillas are filled with a beef steak and bean mixture, folded like an envelope, topped with a tomato based chili sauce and cheese and baked until the cheese melts. Burritos can be served as a starter or main dish, together with Mexican condiments.
